All Royal Mail 24/48 parcels are sent barcoded with delivery confirmation using track and trace.

Europe £12.00* - Orders to Europe will be sent on a royal mail international signed for service.
*Some large orders sent to Europe may incur a surcharge which you will be informed of before dispatch.
Orders dispatched using Royal Mail 24 / 48 (Delivery Confirmed) are sent barcoded with delivery confirmation using track and trace. If delivery is attempted but cannot be completed the parcel will be returned to the local sorting office and kept for 18 days. A note will be left explaining the options to receive the order (i.e collect, re-schedule delivery etc.) .
Where next day delivery is selected they will be sent using a Next Day Courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
We reserve the right to wait up to 14 days from the date of despatch before taking further action regarding an undelivered item.
18 days after the attempted delivery the parcel will be returned to us. If required cost of resending will be payable by you. Returned orders will be kept for 60 days.
