Story behind the Plug: Children’s Hospital

Marc Riley #PlugOfTheWeek Thoughts

So, the last couple of weeks have been busy, different, interesting! Lots of new products being last minute designed for Mother’s Day, making and sending out lots of lovely Mother’s Day gifts with messages that have made us so happy, making Albi’s Easter Hat for the school Easter Hat Parade in April (which you can see in all its glory in the picture below!) and an unplanned trip to Sheffield Children’s Hospital A&E. Thank you to everyone who’s ordered for allowing us to help make special memories for Mummies, Mums, Nans and Grans across the country. But it’s the last...

Blessed are the mugs for they shall inherit the... Cupboard?

Marc Riley Products Thoughts

Whenever we’ve been all creative, designing lovely new personalised gifts (or had a lovely designer create a lovely new design for us) we always have to make a test one, to make sure it prints correctly, the colour resolution is ok, size, it personalises well and that it, well, generally looks tip-top (not the tinned cream of our childhood… who remembers that? Beauty, Creativity & Love. Home & Away.

Marc Riley Thoughts Travel

Our Travel Themed “Travel Buddies” gift range by Missie Cindz has had me thinking about some of the travelling that both Summer and I have done. And even Little Albi! We’re a bit travel happy, us lot. We love it. There are so many beautiful, inspiring, exciting, joyful places in the world, filled with so many beautiful, inspiring, exciting and joyful people that we just want to get out and experience it all! Between the 3 of us – though Albi hasn’t been to any countries without us (so far as we know!) – we’ve been to around 30 countries across...

What does a Bridesmaid do? Our guide for the bride...

Marc Riley Wedding

Who should I choose? Well Bridesmaids were traditionally unmarried maidens, however in the modern world Bridesmaids are usually close relations or friends from the Bride or Grooms side. A married woman who acts as a Bridesmaid was historically called Matron of Honour, however it's now not uncommon for this title to be dropped! On the big day, Bridesmaids normally get ready at the Brides home with the rest of the Brides family. The Chief Bridesmaid will take the leading role in helping the bride dress and the other Bridesmaids should be available for back up help to the Chief Bridesmaid....
